Today life has become very much restless. As a result, a person is in tense both bodily and mentally. There are various techniques to eliminate tension among them yoga is one of them and is total. Because whatever Patanjali (the ancient sage and the inventor of yoga) invented the yoga postures, we can not add or subtract any in or from them.
The body and mind toner
Yoga is thought to be the ancient most practice that can help us unite both our body and mind. It is the best stress reliever for (ultra) modern life. It makes us strong from both inwardly and outwardly.
The meaning of yoga is to bring cohesion between body and mind. Unless our body and mind unite together, we are fragmented into parts. Because both the body and mind interdependent to each other. In the absence of one the other becomes cripple. This can be observed in our own life also. For instance, when our body is sick, our mind stops working properly and vice versa.
Sometimes, due to tension, we are not being able to conclude our life. Thus, we are in the state of schizophrenia. In this case yoga becomes the only panacea for our illness.

Having been versatile, yoga can be categorized into groups according to their functions. Among them, the widely known yoga is Hatha Yoga. This yoga consists of stretching and postures give vital energy to our body. Another category is Pranayama. It supplies full of oxygen to our body especially to blood and brain. This helps us to rejuvenate; we rekindle our enthusiasm, zeal etc which bring the ecstasy in our life.
Feel at your ease (!)
Yoga gives comfort to our body. And when our body is at ease, this is the state of diseaselessness. Our in born nature is to be free from all sorts of diseases, but, due to our standard of living and food our life has become hellish; we do not take in food as our body demands, rather, we take in food according to our tongue. This is the root cause of all the troubles.
The third dimension of the last alchemy
Everybody, unexceptionally demands tranquility and bliss. And this comes only when our body and mind are healthy. This is the condition that must be fulfilled. And yoga is the only practice that can do this eternal job because it takes us to utter peace and relaxation we become eternally healthy and this is the ultimate life.
Snake Posture

Nowadays, due to hectic and luxurious life people suffer from many body disorder. Among all the sufferings people generally suffer from severe spine pain. Thus, regarding the deadly pain, here are given some tips to get rid of it.
Preparation : Lie prone stretching the legs and touch the floor with toes. Folding the hands place the palms on the both side of the ribs.
Time and breadth : Inhaling the air raise the neck and chest gradually as high as possible so that the part upto the novel lifts up. Stop the breath in the lungs for 30 to 45 seconds. Then exploding the air go on exhaling and bring the torso back to the floor. Relax for a minute or two. Repeat 2–3 times.
Benefits: Makes the chest strong, eliminates constipation, increases appetite, makes the kidney healthy and making the spine strong destroys back pain. |
